Recipe!

Methods
  1. Lightly grease 2 small flan tins.
  2. Sift flour and salt in bowl. Collect cold water.
  3. Chop fat into small pieces.
  4. Rub fat with flour using fingertips till mixture resembles dry breadcrumbs.
  5. Add enough cold water to mix into a semi-stiff dough using a palette knife/ butter knife.
  6. Knead lightly till smooth. Do not over handle. 
  7. Divide pastry into 2. Line base and sides of 2 small flan tins. Prick base of pastry. Rest for 10 minutes. Bake 'blind' at 180 degree celsius for 10 minutes before removing from oven.
  8. Remove shell of prawns. 
  9. Beat the eggs slightly.
  10. Chop the large onion, small tomato, spring onion and prawns into small pieces.
  11. Mix all ingredients under filling (refer to ingredients list) in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  12. Pour filling into pastry.
  13. Further bake for another 15 minutes till filling is set and golden brown.
